摘要

Abstract

The influences of dyestuff combination, dyeing performance and process, machine running condition on air flow dyeing in productive practice were analyzed. The high pressure drain and pre-preparation of charge tank were used to shorten the process time. The optimized dyeing process with 1:4 low liquor ratio is determined as nozzle pressure 16psi, blower 55%-70%, machine running condition 150 s/cycle and Na2SO4 as the primer. The alkali was added twice during the process. The obtained color, even the sensitive color is satisfying under the optimized condition. The manufacture practice results show that uniform shade, good pilling and colorfastness of cotton knitted fabrics can be obtained via low liquor ration dyeing.
