摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore in treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures of medial and lateral combined transpedicle internal fix -ation and clinical effect .Methods:June 2011 to August 2014 in our hospital for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture of 45 cases of patients, preoperative through X -ray imaging and CT three -dimensional imaging in the injured area was analyzed in detailed under-standing of, all patients with medial and lateral joint approach , in the medial and anterior lateral plate fixation , posterior tibial, by X ray and CT examination of patients with fracture reduction and healing is evaluated , through the HSS score on patients with knee joint function was evaluated , by X-ray measurement of tibial plateau varus angle , inclination angle and femoral tibial angle .Resulst :45 patients after medial and lateral joint into the posterior internal fixation in the treatment of after their success in attaining the anatomical reduction of 42 ca-ses of patients , and 3 cases patients reduction effect is good;in patients after treatment , the patients were followed up for 6 months showed the fracture healing to the loading action , no failure of internal fixation , the average HSS score was 87.6 points;postoperative half a year and postoperative early tibial plateau varus angle , back angle and femoral tibial angle changed little .Conclusion:in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures with medial and lateral joint into the posterior internal fixation in the treatment has better clinical effect , is conducive to the rehabilitation and early functional exercise on patients after surgery , it is worth in the clinical application .关键词
