Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of dexmedetomidine on the stress reaction caused by double -lumen endotracheal in lung cancer patients.Methods:Sixty ASAⅠ ~Ⅱwith lung cancer scheduled general anesthesia with double -lumen endotracheal intubation , aged 40~60 years old, were randomly divided into two groups .In the dexmedtominine group ,10 min before anesthesia induction ,dexme-detomidine 0.5μg· kg infused over 10 min.The equal volume of normal saline was given in the control group .The mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate(HR), the plasma concentration of epinephrine (E) and norepinephrine(NE) were detected and recorded before anes-thesia(T0), intubation succeed(T1),1 min after intubation(T2),3 min after intubation(T3) and 10 min after intubation(T4).The ad-verse reaction were also observed .Results:Compared with these at T0,MAP,HR and the plasma level of E ,NE at T1 to T4 in the control group were higher (P<0.05).And the plasma level of E,NE at T2 in the dexmedetomidine group were higher than those at T0 (P<0. 05).Compared with those in the control group, MAP, R and the plasma level of E,NE in the dexmedetomidine group were higher at T1 to T4(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine can well restrain the stress reaction caused by double -lumen endotracheal intubation and stable hemodynamics in patients with lung cancer .关键词
