报警症状对上消化道肿瘤的预测价值分析
Analysis of the Alarm Symptoms Predictive Value of Upper Gastrointestinal Tumors

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of predicting alarming symptoms of upper gastrointestinal tumors .Methods:1 During the 2014 January to 2015 April, in the digestive endoscopy endoscopy center of Huaihe Hospital of Henan University of the patients of alarm symptoms were retrospectively analyzed .Results:In 11506 cases with dysphagia , indigestion and other symptoms alarm gastroscopy in e-sophageal and gastric and duodenal tumor in 314 cases (2.7%), were advanced carcinoma, 269 cases of alarm symptoms (85.7%), in-cluding dysphagia , weight loss , gastrointestinal bleeding , vomiting and anemia .Is a feature of symptoms .Detection of esophageal and gastric and duodenal benign organic diseases in 5241 cases (45.6%), 3352 cases with alarm symptoms (64%).Gastroscopy showed no abnormalities in 5951 cases (51.7%), 646 cases showed alarming symptoms (10.9%).Conclusion:Dysphagia, weight loss, gastroin-testinal bleeding , vomiting, anemia and other symptoms of alarm is helpful in the differential diagnosis of esophagus , stomach and duode-num, upper gastrointestinal tumors or other benign lesions , for warning symptoms of upper gastrointestinal discomfort in patients with ini-tial treatment for gastric endoscopy should be .关键词
