脑瘫患儿父母生存质量调查分析
Investigation and Analysis the Quality of Life of Parents of Children with Cerebral Palsy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the factors affecting the quality of life of parents of children with cerebral palsy , in order to improve the quality of life of parents of children with cerebral palsy to provide a reference .Methods:Using the World Health Organization Quality of Life summary table ( WHOQOL-BREF) on 304 parents of children with cerebral palsy site survey , descriptive studies and analytical research method of combining the analysis of the quality of life of children with parents and its influencing factors .Results: Parents of children with cerebral palsy quality of life in the field of physiology , psychology , and the sphere of social relations in men than women ( p<0.05),there was significant;urban, educated, high-income parents of children in the areas of physiology ,psychology, social functio-ning field relations, environment and overall quality of life in the field than in rural areas ,low education and low-income parents of chil-dren ( p <0.05) ,there was significant;parents of children with disabilities to a lesser degree in the physical realm ,the relationship be-tween the social sphere , environmental field as well as higher quality overall survival of parents of children with severe disability ( P <0. 05), there are statistically significant.Conclusion:Parents of children with cerebral palsy gender , age, education, residence,household income, and children with the disease severity affect the quality of life of parents .关键词
