Abstract
Objective:To investigate the psychological nursing to join after IVF patients psychological techniques and pregnancy out -come.Methods:2012 June to 2013 August in our hospital were treated with IVF -ET, 122 cases, according to the different nursing methods into two groups , the routine nursing group and psychological nursing group , 61 cases in each group , respectively .The corre-sponding methods of nursing care .Results:at the end of the experiment showed that significant changes before and after the nursing rou -tine nursing group index;comparing the difference in various indicators of psychological nursing group and control group were statistically significant (p<0.05), there was statistical significance in comparison of depression , anxiety, somatization, interpersonal sensitivity and the domestic norm difference (p<0.05).The birth and termination of pregnancy rates were 47.54% and 1.63% in the psychological nursing group and routine nursing group and termination of pregnancy vaginal delivery rate was 29.50%, 18.03%, there was significant difference between two groups (p<0.05).Conclusion:strengthening the nursing care of patients with psychological test tube baby tech -nology can improve the patient's psychological , increase the rate of vaginal delivery , reduce the rate of termination of pregnancy , clinical nurses should pay more attention to this point .关键词
