丹芩消郁合剂质量标准研究
Study on Quality Standard of Danqinxiaoyu Mixture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality control method of Danqinxiaoyu Mixture,provide the basis for control the product quality.Methods Radix Scutellariae,Radix paeoniae alba in Danqinxiaoyu Mixture were qualitative identified by TLC;the HPLC method was adopted to determine the baicalin content.Results Radix Scutellariae,Radix paeoniae alba,Radix Angelicae Sinensis in Danqinxiaoyu Mixture could be detected by TLC;the sample size of baicalin within the concentration range of 0.0188mg/ml ～ 1.2mg/ml had good linear relationship with the peak area (R2 =0.9994);the average recovery rate was 100.3％,RSD=1.7％.Conclusion:The established method is strongly specific,accurate and simple,and can better control the quality of Danqinxiaoyu Mixture.关键词
