胃康2号联合耳穴治疗中虚气逆型胃食管反流病81例临床观察

Abstract
Objective:Observing the clinical effect of Weikang Ⅱ and auricular plaster for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).Methods:121patients who had been confirmed as suffering the GERD by RDQ scale and/or gastroscopy were randomly assigned the treatment group (81cases) and the controlled group (40cases).The treatment group used the combinational therapy of Weikang Ⅱ and auricular plaster,the controlled group used the Omeprazole (OME) and Motilium.Both with 12weeks of treatment to observe the clinical effect and the esophageal mucosal inflammation effect by gastroscopic examination.Along with 12week's follow-up to observe the palindromia and make comparisons.Results:The total effective rates of the treatment group and the controlled group respectively were 93.82％ and 85.00％.Through the comparisons of two groups,it found that the differences had statistical significance (P＜0.05).The total effective rates of esophageal mucosal inflammation by gastroscopic examination of treatment group and matched group were respectively 77.05％ and 57.69％.Through the comparisons of two groups,it found that the differences had statistical significance (P＜0.05).The recurrence rates of the treatment group and the controlled group respectively were 20.69％ and 51.85％.Through the comparisons of two groups,it found that the differences had statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion:It concludes that the effect of combinational therapy of Weikang Ⅱ and auricular plaster,no matter the short-term effect or the long-term effect,is superior to that of OME and Motilium on treating GERD caused by the type of deficiency of spleen and the reversed flow of Qi.关键词
