Abstract
Objective:To investigate the recipe and effect of Yangxin Anshen Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina (UA) with insomnia.Methods:320cases of UA patients with insomnia were chosen,randomly divided into controlled group (n =160) and observation group (n=160).The controlled groups received western medicine treatment,while the observation group received Yangxin Anshen Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.The therapeutic effects were assessed after 1 course of treatment;Results:The efficiency rate of the observation group in UA was 91.25％,while the controlled group was 73.13％.And the 2groups owned the similar scores of Seattle Angina Questionnaire before the treatment,but after the treatment,the observation group got a higher score.The observation group (92.5％) was significantly better than the controlled group (64.38％) on the effect in the treatment of insomnia in 2groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The Yangxin Anshen Decoction in treatment of patients with UA with insomnia satisfaction,it is worth of promoting in clinical practice.关键词
