利咽合剂治疗慢性咽炎多中心随机对照临床试验

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Liyan Mixture orally and Liyan Mixture orally combined with Liyan Mixture atomization inhalation and Liyan Mixture by oral acupuncture treatment of three ways of Yin-deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic pharyngitis.Methods:According to the good clinical practice (good clinical practice,GCP) principle,a multi center,randomized study method for clinical trials.In 180cases of Yin-deficiency and blood stasis type chronic pharyngitis subjects according to different randomized treatment for A,B,C three groups,group A was given Chinese traditional medicine Liyan Mixture orally,group B was given Liyan Mixture orally combined with Liyan Mixture atomization inhalation,group C were given Liyan Mixture orally combined with acupoint acupuncture treatment.Results:We found Liyan Mixture orally combined with atomization inhalation in the treatment of patients,in improving the throat,throat burning,pharyngeal mucosa of chronic pharyngeal mucosa hyperemia,drying and other than the other 2groups had obvious advantage (P＜0.05);Liyan Mixture orally combined with atomizing inhalation group in curative effect showed a clear advantage ((-R)A =0.5856,(-R)B =0.3942,(-R)c =0.5339).Conclusion:The results suggest that the pharynx preparation oral and pharyngeal local atomization inhalation has definite therapeutic effect on Yin-deficiency and blood stasis type chronic pharyngitis,is worthy of further promotion.关键词
