Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect and mechanism of oral tranexamic acid in treating chloasma.Methods:From 2012to 2015,we chose 60cases of patients as the research objects.The digital method was randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,30cases in each group.The observation group was treated with tranexamic acid 0.5g,twice a day,topical 4％ hydroquinone cream,once a day,orally taken;the controlled group was treated with vitamin C tablets 1.2g/d,topical 4％ hydroquinone cream once a day,orally taken.The effect of the treatment for the two groups was compared.Results:Before treatment,two groups of patients with scores of SDS and SAS score were no significant difference,after treatment,two groups scores of SDS and SAS scores were decreased significantly,and the observation group scores of SDS and SAS score were significantly lower than that of the controlled group (P＜0.05).The quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after treatment in different ways compared the quality of life.The results showed that the quality of life of the observation group and the controlled group were significantly relieved after treatment.The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The effect of the observation group was excellent and good rate were significantly higher than the controlled group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tranexamic acid for the treatment of patients with melasma,can effectively play its effectiveness,and improve the quality of life of the patients,play a certain aesthetic effect.关键词
