循环针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究
Clinical Study on the Circulating Acupuncture Treatment for Diabetic Peripheral Nuropathy

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the circulating acupuncture treatment for diabetic peripheral nuropathy.Methods:80cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly assigned into the contrast group and the treatment group,40patients in each group.The contrast group was given the mecobalamin to intramuscular inject.The treatment group was given the mecobalamin to intramuscular inject and circulating acupuncture treatment.The treatment lasted for 24days.The clinical symptom score,Toronto clinical neuropathy score and the changes of sensory nerve conduction velocity were observed after the treatment.Results:1.The clinical symptom score:the clinical symptom score of the two group were improved,there was a significant difference before and after treatment (P＜0.05);There was a significant difference between the contrast group and the treatment group after treatment.2.Toronto clinical neuropathy score:There was a significant difference between the contrast group and the treatment group after treatment.There was a significant difference before and after treatment (P＜0.05);3.The sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV):The SCV was improved better in the contrast group and the treatment group after treatment,there was a significant difference between the contrast group and the treatment group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of the circulating acupuncture treatment on patients with diabetic peripheral nuropathy can not only improve the clinical symptoms,but also can improve the SCV.There is no obvious side effects during the treatment.It is well worthy of further research.关键词
