Abstract
Objective:To study the treatment effects of primary dysmenorrheal using abdominal acupuncture and moxibustion in box combined with nursing care,so as to provide the evidence for the effective treatment of the disease.Methods:By the method of random sampling,100patients with primary dysmenorrheal from October 2012to October 2014treated in our hospital were considered as research objects and the clinical data of them were retrospectively analyzed.There were 51patients using abdominal acupuncture and moxibustion in box combined with nursing care for treatment in the experimental group,while there were 48treated with abdominal acupuncture and moxibustion in box in the control group.The treatment effects were observed and compared.Results:According to the analysis,it showed that the treatment effects of experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group.There was statistical significance of the differences between these two groups analyzed by statistical methods (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:It is better effect of primary dysmenorrheal using abdominal acupuncture and moxibustion in box combined with nursing care on the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal,with alleviating the symptoms of patients effectively.Therefore,this method has the value of promotion and use in clinical practice.关键词
