静态粮堆冷却与干燥通风温湿度模拟研究
Simulation of temperature and moisture in static grain storage during cool and dry ventilation
摘要
Abstract
The temperature and moisture content is critical to achieving safe wheat storage. The researchers have designed a variety of mathematical models to predict the temperature and moisture content of wheat during ventilation,which generally takes a lot of money and time. The problem can be solved effectively by a new mathematical model based on local heat and mass balance principle and Fortran program. It makes the simulation research of grain temperature and moisture in different ventilation conditions and explores the general law of grain temperature and moisture variation. The results show:the temperature of wheat rises peak first and then approaches the temperature of incoming air gradually during the drying ventilation,and the moisture of wheat decreases generally with the increase of ventilation time;the temperature of the wheat changes with the condition of incoming air during cooling ventilation. The model has higher accuracy compared with the previous simulation results and experimental results,and it exists 2℃ error in temperature and 1. 19% error in moister content only. The model is universal and practical for different kinds of grain and it is very significant for the guidance of wheat storage.关键词
