Abstract
Climate change profoundly affects human survival and development and has become one of the most serious challenges in sustainable development. Development mode and construction of low carbon city is one of the important means to tackle climate change,and alleviate global environmental degradation,the shortage of resources and energy, and has become a global consensus of the development of the urban transformation and the era theme. This paper analyzes the development and current situation of the low carbon city,expounds the contents of the construction of low-carbon city, summarizes five kinds of method of low carbon city construction of the urban lifestyle low carbonization,compact urban land use,urban greening building,city industry transformation,and the energy utilization efficiency,puts forward five low carbon city countermeasures of the construction of low carbon city space structure,the construction of urban low carbon industry,promoting urban residents for low-carbon living,establishing evaluation system of low carbon city,making system and norms related to the low carbon city.关键词
