Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of mammary gland 1 prescription on mammary gland hyperplasia of liver Qi stagnation type. Methods:Total 72 patients with mammary gland hyperplasia of liver Qi stagnation type were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 36 cases respectively. Mammary gland 1 prescription was given to the treatment group by internal and external treatment while Rukuaixiao tablets were given to the control group,both for 3 courses,30 days for a course to observe the clinical effect and the serum sex hormone changes before and after the treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05). The serum levels of E2 and PRL reduced in the two groups and the treatment group had better effect than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effects of mammary gland 1 prescription on mammary gland hyperplasia were remarkable by the internal and external treatment and not easy to relapse.关键词
