非小细胞肺癌组织中HOX转录反义RNA的表达变化及意义
Expression changes and clinical significance of HOTAIR in non-small-cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the expression changes of HOX transcript antisense RNA ( HOTAIR) in the non-small-cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) tissues and to investigate its clinical significance .Methods NSCLC tissues and adjacent tissues from 125 patients were collected and the expression of HOTAIR was detected by RT-PCR.Microarray data on the correlations between HOTAIR expression and NSCLC tissues were retrieved from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and Ar-ray Express database .Results The expression of HOTAIR in the NSCLC was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues (P<0.05).The expression of HOTAIR was closely related to age , tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of NSCLC patients (all P<0.05).The microarray data from GEO Profiles demonstrated that the HOTAIR ex-pression level was not related with pathological pattern (P>0.05).Conclusion HOTAIR is highly expressed in the NSCLC tissues , and its expression may take part in the occurrence and development of NSCLC .关键词
