β1肾上腺素受体R389G基因多态性与原发性开角型青光眼患者眼压及眼灌注压的关系
Association between gene polymorphisms of R389G in β1-adrenergic receptor and intraocular pressure, ocular perfusion pressure in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationships between gene polymorphisms of R 389G (C/G) inβ1-adrener-gic receptor (β1-AR) and diurnal intraocular pressure (IOP), ocular perfusion pressure (OPP) in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma ( POAG) .Methods Fifty-five untreated POAG patients were recruited .IOP of both eyes was meas-ured at 6:00 ( T6 ) , 9:00 ( T9 ) , 12:00 ( T12 ) , 15:00 ( T15 ) , 18:00 ( T18 ) , 21:00 ( T21 ) and 24:00 ( T24 ) by using Goldmann ophthalmotonometer .Blood pressure was measured at the same time points .OPP was calculated .Genotype of R389G (C/G) in β1-AR was determined by direct DNA sequencing .Results Genotypes of R389G (C/G) in β1-AR consisted of 32 cases of C/C, 21 cases of C/G and 2 cases of G/G.C/C of R389G (C/G) in β1-AR had a significantly lower IOP at T6, IOP at T15, diurnal peak IOP, trough IOP mean IOP and larger IOP range, and had a significantly higher OPP at T6 and T15 than those of C/G+G/G (all P<0.05).Conclusion Gene polymorphisms of R389G inβ1-AR gene were closely related with IOP and OPP of POAG patients .关键词
