非小细胞肺癌组织中p-mTOR、p70 s6 k的表达变化及其临床意义
Expression of p-mTOR and p70s6k in non-small-cell lung cancer and its clinical significance

Abstract
Objective To observe the expression changes of phosphorylated mammalian target of rapamycin (p-mTOR) and p70s6k protein in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and to discuss its clinical significance .Meth-ods Eighty-two cases of patients with NSCLC were selected .The tumor tissues obtained from surgery (lung cancer group) , 46 cases of tissue samples from alveolus healthy tissues (control group 1) , and 50 cases of tissue samples from bronchus mucosal tissues (control group 2) were collected.The expression of p-mTOR and p70s6k protein in the three groups was measured by immunohistochemistry and we analyzed the relationships with the clinical and pathological data . Results The positive expression rates of p-mTOR protein in the lung cancer group , control group 1 and control group 2 were 68.29%, 17.39% and 32.0%, respectively.The positive expression rates of p70s6k protein in the lung cancer group, control group 1 and control group 2 were 85.37%, 21.74%and 32.00%, respectively.Significant difference was found between the lung cancer group and the control group 1, control group 2 (all P<0.01).The expression of p-mTOR protein in poorly differentiated cancer tissues was significantly higher than that of medium and high differentiation cancer tis -sues (P<0.01).In the NSCLC tissues, the p-mTOR and p70s6k expression was positively correlated (r=0.210, P=0.0032).Conclusion p-mTOR and p70s6k protein is highly expressed in NSCLC tissues , which may be used as the early-warning index in the early diagnosis or as a new target for anti-cancer drug.关键词
