The Analysis and Quality Control of JAC340H GA Coating Flaking in Stamping
摘要
Abstract
Regarding a galvannealed grad JAC340H , there was flaking issue during stamping . The coating quality was analyzed and the assessment test for galvannealed degree was carried out .After chec-king the process technology in manufacturing ,the root cause of flaking was found out to be the coating thickness deference ,which resulted in ununiformity of galvannealed degree ,also the induction heating power of 1200kW increased the powdering .Through controlling the shape quality of hot rolled plate ,coat-ing thickness and induction heating power of the alloying furnace ,the flaking issue was solved and finally the improved product met the requirement of custumers .关键词
