山东省泰安地区错(牙合)畸形患者Bolton指数的测量分析研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the Bolton index of different malocclusions patients and to acquaint its abnormal distribution ratio in Taian area.Methods:A total of 210 dental cases,which were seleted in our hospital from March 2009 to October 2013,were measured using a Vernier calipe.Bolton indexes were measured and analyzed according to angle’s classification of malocclusion.Results:The Bolton anterior and overall ratios for different malocclusions of Taian area were no significant different.Chinese normal occlusion’s Bolton index ±-2 standard deviations were set as the standard,the anterior and overall tooth size discrepancies frequency ratios of the Taian area were 18.57％ and 18.10％ respectively.There were no significant differences in anterior and overall tooth size discrepancies frequency in the different malocclusions(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese standard Bolton index can be also used to malocclusion patients in Taian area.Bolton index is different among different malocclusion patients and Bolton index analysis should be taken into consideration before treatment.关键词
