Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of thrombolytic capsule and rhodiola on the hemodynamics,IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-α of hypoxia acclimation rats.Methods:Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into thrombolytic capsule group(n =10),rhodiola group(n =10) and plateau control group(n =10) after fed in a low pressure oxygen chamber(simulated altitude of 5000 m) for 3 month,while 10 rats fed at normoxia for 3 month were divided as the plain control group.Rats in thrombolytic capsule group and rhodiola group received thrombolytic or rhodiola suspension through intragastric administration (200 mg/ kg,once a day,for 10 days).After the rats got intraperitoneal anesthesia with 10% urethane,5 min pulmonary artery pressure curve were traced continuously while pulmonary artery pressure(PAP),left and right ventricular systolic pressure (VSP) and ventricular diastolic pressure (VEDP),the maximum rate of pressure increased in the right ventricle isovolumic contraction phase,the maximum rate of pressure declined in the right ventricle isovolumic diastolic phase(±dp/dtmax) and other hemodynamic parameters were detected through a multi-channel physiological recorder.Serum IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,SOD and MDA were measured.Results:RVSP,RVEDP,± dp/dtmax,mPAP,LVSP,LVEDP,IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-α were higher while SOD was lower in thrombolytic capsule group,rhodiola group and plateau control group than those in plain control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).RVSP,RVEDP,± dp/dtmax,mPAP,LVSP,LVEDP were lower while SOD was higher in thrombolytic capsule and rhodiola group than those in plateau control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).RVSP,mPAP and LVSP were significantly lower in thrombolytic capsule group than those in rhodiola group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Thrombolytic capsule and rhodiola not only can inhibit inflammatory reaction mediated by TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 and improve hemodynamics of hypoxia acclimation rats,but also can enhance antioxidant capacity of body and improve ventricular function and hypoxia tolerance.
