背景:已有研究表明双氢青蒿素具有促进胶质瘤GL261细胞凋亡的作用,但其对胶质瘤干细胞的作用尚不清楚。目的:探讨双氢青蒿素抑制胶质瘤干细胞侵袭迁移及其初步机制。方法:从小鼠恶性胶质瘤细胞系GL261中分离培养胶质瘤干细胞,免疫荧光检测胶质瘤干细胞的干性特征;Transwell法和实时荧光定量PCR法检测经不同浓度双氢青蒿素处理后胶质瘤干细胞的侵袭和迁移能力的变化,以及Toll样受体2、基质金属蛋白酶2、基质金属蛋白酶9 mRNA表达水平。结果与结…查看全部>>
BACKGROUND:Dihydroartmisinin can promote apoptosis of glioma cels GL261, but its effect on glioma stem cels is stil unknown.
