摘要
Abstract
Innovation must be a system because of the complexity .Only just the different subjects mobilize various resources in synergy , the innovation and the goal of the system could be achieved as a whole .The local colleges and universities are the main force of regional collaborative innovation , local governments are the glue of regional collaborative innovation , enterprise is the main carrier of regional collaborative innovation , and social support is the lubricant of regional collaborative innovation .The synergy of four subjects can form a complete regional innovation system together .关键词
