摘要

Abstract

Post management focusing on operating post is a collaborative process to match human resources with jobs which is regarded as the base of performance evaluation and income distribution system reform .The article introduces the target , content and implementing measures of post management in Hubei University of Arts and Science and ana -lyses the existing problems of post recruitment to optimize the performance evaluation regulations system .
