利用废弃物锰矿渣烧制的广场砖特性研究
On the Characteristics of Square Bricks Fired with Waste Manganese Slag
摘要
Abstract
To explore the compressive characteristics and influencing factors of the square bricks fired with waste manganese slag ,a mixture of cohesive soil ,binder ,aggregate and a certain amount of manga‐nese slag powder was moulded and fired in a muffle furnace .The manganese slag content ,moisture rate , compression strength ,heat preservation time ,ingredients influence of factors on the compressive strength of the finished product were then analyzed .The results show that the products with compound ingredients obtains the highest compressive strength under the following conditions :95 manganese slag powder is less than 25% ,moisture content of brick blank is 16% ~21% ,compression strength is higher than 46 M Pa ,and holding time is 2 h .关键词
