摘要

Abstract

In this paper ,Fe‐Si‐B alloy powders were prepared by gas‐atomization .The microstructure and particle size distribution of as‐prepared powders were studied by XRD ,optical microscope ,SEM ,laser granularity analyzer .It was found that the as‐prepared Fe‐Si‐B powders show spherical morphology .The particle sizes are in the range of 5~60 μm .The powders smaller than 20 μm exhibit amorphous structure , while the larger powders show nanocrystalline structure .The effect of Fe‐Si‐B powders on the degradation of Direct Blue 6 solution was also studied .It was found that Direct Blue 6 solution becomes almost trans‐parent without any color in 60 min after reaction with Fe‐Si‐B powders ,which indicates that the as‐pre‐pared Fe‐Si‐B pow ders has good reaction activity and can completely decompose Direct Blue 6 .
