主要介绍了对原进口无刷同步电动机变频起动方式改造为国产异步起动及控制系统的方式,通过利用电机转子极靴所产生的涡流转矩作为起动力矩,代替传统起动绕组产生的力矩,同时在系统集成中引入降压及无功补偿环节,作为抑制线路侧电流,并对起动转矩和温升进行仿真计算,项目实施后具有很强的适用性和经济性。
The frequency-changing start mode of imported brushless synchronous motor was transformed to home-made asynchronous start mode. The torque of traditional start wind-ings was replaced by eddy-current torque of motor rotor pole, at the same time pressure re-duction and reactive compensation were introduced into system integration as suppression of side line current; and simulation calculation was performed for start torque and temperature rise.
