Abstract
Objective To explore the cell-protective function of traditional Chinese herb Aloe-emodine (AE). Methods We tried to identify the protective function of A E on the damage model of neuron mimic PC12 cell line. Results In A E group (200μg•mL-1, 50μg•mL-1), the cytoskeleton rearrangement rates were much lower than the model group, with statistical significance. In A E group (all the concentration levels), the intracellular Ca2+levels were much lower than the model group, with statistical significance. Conclusions AE has the protective function on ischemia and hypoxia damage of neuron mimic PC12 cell line.关键词
