Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of remifentanil on the QT interval during inductive phase of general anesthesia by sevoflurane in children. Methods A total of 120 cases of children with operation under general anesthesia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. One minute before intubation, the control group received 0.9% sodium chloride solution, while the experimental group received remifentanil. The QTc and MAP were compared between two groups. Results ①No statistical difference was found between two groups in the QTc value before induction, 1 min after induction and before intubation (P>0.05). At the moment of intubation, both groups had significantly increased QTc value compared with that before induction (P <0.05), and the control group was significantly higher than the experimental group (P <0.05). One minute after intubation, compared with that before induction, the experimental group had no significant change in QTc value (P>0.05), while the control group still had significantly higher QTc value (P<0.05).②No statistical difference was found between two groups in the MAP value before induction, 1 min after induction, before intubation and 1 min after intubation (P>0.05). At the moment of intubation, both groups had significantly increased MAP value compared with that before induction (P <0.05), and the control group was significantly higher than the experimental group (P <0.05). Conclusions Sevoflurane for general anesthesia can significantly prolong the QT interval during inductive phase. Remifentanil can effectively inhibit the prolong of QT interval caused by sevoflurane, and inhibit the change of MAP, which is worthy of clinical use.关键词
