骨科损伤控制在不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折治疗中的应用OA
Application of Damage Control of Orthopaedics Department for the Treatment of Unstable Pelvic Fracture Complicated with Multiple Limb Fractures
目的：探讨骨科损伤控制在不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折治疗中的应用。方法将我院68例不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折患者分为两组各34例，对照组予以常规综合治疗，观察组在对照组基础上予以骨科损伤控制治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的生活自理率、临床治愈率以及骨性愈合率均显著高于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折应用骨科损伤控制治疗，具有十分显著的临床疗效，能够有效提高…查看全部>>
