Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of arthroscopic-assisted minimally invasive surgery and traditional surgery for the treatment of fracture of tibial plateau. Methods A total of 66 cases of patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received traditional open surgery, while the observation group received arthroscopic-assisted minimally invasive surgery . The clinical effects and complications of two groups were compared. Results The operation time, postoperative ambulation time, full weight-bearing ambulation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the incidence rate was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Arthroscopic-assisted minimally invasive surgery for tibial plateau fracture has significant efficacy and high safety.关键词
