实时PCR检验在高危型人乳头瘤病毒中的诊断价值分析

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of real-time PCR (RT-PCR) test for the diagnosis of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV). Methods A total of 218 cases of patients with high-risk HPV admitted to obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected. All cases received RT-PCR test and HCⅡtest. Combined with the pathological data, the accuracy and specificity of two tests were compared and analyzed. Results There were 76 cases of patients had cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) of different levels, and 73 cases of patients had squamous intraepithelial lesions and chronic cervicitis. The positive detection rate of squamous intraepithelial lesions and chronic cervicitis of RT-PCR test was 58.9%, significantly higher than 35.6%of HCⅡtest (P<0.05). The positive detection rate of HPV of RT-PCR test was 71.6%, significantly higher than 62.4% of HCⅡ test (P <0.05). No statistical difference was found between RT-PCR test and HCⅡ test in the positive detection rates of CIN-HPV at different stages (P >0.05). Conclusions Real-time PCR has good accuracy and specificity for the diagnosis of high-risk human papillomavirus, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
