Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of Kaihoujian spray combined with Reduning injection for the treatment of herpangina. Methods A total of 108 cases of patients with herpangina admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received the treatment of Reduning injection, while the study group received the combined treatment of Kaihoujian spray and Reduning injection. The differences in total effective rate, disappearance time of clinical symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of study group was 88.9%, significantly higher than 74.1%of control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of sore throat, ulcers, salivation and fever of study group were significantly shorter than those of control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of study group and control group were 7.4%and 5.6%respectively, with no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusions Kaihoujian spray combined with Reduning injection for the treatment of herpangina has significant efficacy, with rapid onset and few adverse reactions.关键词
