老年大疱性类天疱疮的临床特点及治疗分析OA
Analysis on the Clinical Features and Treatment of Elderly Bullous Pemphigoid
目的：分析老年大疱性类天疱疮（BP)患者的临床特点及治疗方法。方法收集我院近13年来收治的老年（≥60岁)大疱性类天疱疮患者的临床资料并进行回顾性分析。结果共收集34例患者，平均年龄（73.6±8.1)岁；男女性别比为1.6：1。轻、中、重度三组患者之间的年龄、病程、住院天数及合并基础病无统计学差异（P>0.05)，而重度患者并发症发生率及激素用量明显高于其他两组（P<0.05)。所有患者经治疗后均好转出院。结论老年BP患者基础病非常…查看全部>>
Objective To analyze the clinical features and treatment of elderly patients with bullous pemphigoid. Methods The clinical data of elderly patients (aged 60 or above) with bullous pemphigoid in our hospital in recent 13 years were conducted and retrospectively analyzed.
