Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of timeliness incentive nursing mode on improving the unhealthy emotion of patients with stroke. Methods A total of 126 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received the routine nursing mode, while the study group received timeliness incentive nursing mode. The SAS score, SDS score, satisfaction rate to nursing and score of quality of life were observed and compared between two groups. Results Before nursing, no statistical difference was found in the SAS score and SDS score between two groups (P>0.05);After nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of study group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate to nursing of study group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the SF-36 score of study group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Timeliness incentive nursing mode can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with stroke, so as to improve the compliance behavior and improve the nursing quality and life quality.关键词
