预防性保护策略在ICU失禁性皮炎中的应用效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Preventive Protection Strategy on Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis in ICU

Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of preventive protection strategy on the incontinence-associated dermatitis in ICU. Methods A total of 200 cases of ICU patients were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the treatment group received preventive protection strategy. The nursing effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence rate of incontinence-associated dermatitis of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the cure rate of incontinence-associated dermatitis was significantly higher than that of control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusions Preventive protection strategy can prevent and reduce the incidence of incontinence-associated dermatitis in ICU, and has good clinical effect.关键词
