Abstract
For many years, there is no precise deifnitionabout the connotation and extension between trade, industrial and sectoral policies with regard to geo-exploration. As a result,in the process of policy development and implementation, fragmentation is the notable problem that we face, and moreover, policy absence, overtopping, and imperfect is existed to some degree. To this, this paper points out that we should highlight the unity of the trade policy,the diversity of the industrial policy, and thelfexibility of sectoral policy. At the same time, the central and local industry administrating departments, as well as communities and intermediary organizationcan exert their participating role more effectively. And on this basis,thereform goalfor the legalization of policy system can be gradually achieved.关键词
