长株潭城市群建设用地供需及综合效益分析
Analysis on Construction Land Supply-Demand Situation and Comprehensive Beneift in Urban Agglomeration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan
摘要
Abstract
In this study, we take urban agglomeration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan as the research object, in which we analyze the urban construction land supply and demand situation in this region. By building land beneift comprehensive evaluation index systemand through the model of coordination, we made a comprehensive quantitative evaluation to analyze thecoordinationof land use beneifts. The results showed that: (1) The land supply and demand situation in urban agglomeration ofChangsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan became increasingly grim in recent years, by 2020 the urban construction land shortage will reach 13530.07hm2 at peak; (2) From 2000 to 2014,the overall situation of coordination of land use beneifts was made uncoordinated shift to a more coordinated state; (3) We found the intensity of land investment grow rapidly and it leads the land, economic and environmental beneifts goes in the same way, while the social beneifts was lfuctuating and growslowly. Therefore, we should improve the level of intensive land useand its efifciency, enhance the capabilities of land resources to support economic and social development, promote land use and economic and social development coordinately.关键词
