Abstract
Supervision and administration over geological survey project fund should meet the needs of the characteristics of the work and practical management pertaining to the projects.At present, the new situations such as the new policy of the state ifnancial management reform, the full – coverage and normalization of audit supervision, and the new requirements for department management have made us face new challengesfor the supervision and administration over geological survey project fund. Meanwhile,a range of some prominent problems involving poor supervision guarantees, imperfect organizational structure of supervision and supervision mode, weak appropriated fund management, unimproved budget accuracy, non-standard spending behavior that we face in promoting the supervision and administration over geological survey project fund are also forced us to devote efforts to deal with. The speciifc methods are: enhancing communications and coordination to submit proposals for ifnancial help; building real regulators and perfect monitoring way; standardizing appropriated fund management and improving the budget management; carrying out research on the funding for some key projects and priority areas; introducing internet plus and building a new mode for supervision.关键词
