摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Decitabine on proliferation,apoptosis, invasion of malignant melanoma cell line A375.Methods MTT assay was used to detect cell proliferation, lfow cytometer was used to observe apoptosis and cell cycle, migration and movement capacity using scratch healing experiment, invasion using transwell assay.Results Decitabine inhibited the growth of A375 cells in a concentration- and time- dependent manner (P<0.05), After treatment with Decitabine for 24h,the apoptosis rate was signiifcantly higher in the treatment group over the control group(P<0.05),the cell cycle of A375 cells was arrested at the G0/G1 phase(P<0.05), and the ability of migration and invasion were weakened(P<0.05).Conclusion Decitabine can inhibit proliferation of A375 cells,its anti-tumor activity may be a new way for the treatment of malignant melanoma.关键词
