Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of 0.1% cream tazarotene combined with 0.005% ointment calcipotriol in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis (SK).Methods157 patients with SK were randomly divided into four groups:placebo group topically applying 1% cream vitamin E, 3 times/d, treatment group 1 topically applying 0.1% cream tazarotene, 1 times/d, treatment group 2 topically applying 0.005% ointment calcipotriol, 2 times/d, treatment group 3 topically applying 0.005% ointment calcipotriol, 2 times/d, 0.1% cream tazarotene, 1 times/d. To observe the subsidence of lesions and pigmentation, the adverse reaction in 2,4 weeks.Results The effective rate of the placebo group, the treatment group 1,2,3 was respectively 18.2%,64.4%,64.4%, 91.1%. Comparison with placebo group, the effective rate of treatment group 1,2 was higher signiifcantly (χ2=18.14,P=0.000;χ2=15.52,P=0.000).The effective rate of the treatment group 1,2 both were 64.4%(χ2=0.65,P=0.94);The effective rate of treatment group3 was 91.1%, it was signiifcantly higher than group1 or group2 (χ2=10.78,P=0.011;χ2=12.11, P=0.011).Conclusion The effect of 0.1% cream tazarotene combined with 0.005% ointment calcipotriol in the treatment with SK was satisfactory, especially for the elderly patients.关键词
