Adverse reactions analysis of macrolide antibiotics
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the adverse reactions of macrolide antibiotics.Methods:The clinical data of 42 cases of patients with adverse reactions of macrolide antibiotics were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The occurrence rates of skin allergy and gastrointestinal reaction in 42 cases of patients were higher.The incidence of skin allergic reaction was 47.62%and the incidence of gastrointestinal system reaction was 21.19%.The adverse reactions incidence of the old varieties of macrolide antibiotics was significantly higher than that of the new varieties,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of allergic shock,skin allergy,gastrointestinal reaction and thrombotic phlebitis in the adverse reaction of old varieties were significantly higher than that of new varieties,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction incidence of liver damage in the new varieties was significantly higher than that of old varieties(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of skin allergy and gastrointestinal reactions in the adverse reaction caused by macrolide antibiotics were relatively higher and the incidence of adverse reactions of the new varieties was lower than that of the old varieties.关键词
