Effects of atorvastatin on blood lipid and vascular endothelial diastolic function in patients with unstable angina pectoris

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effects of atorvastatin on blood lipid and vascular endothelial diastolic function in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods:78 patients with unstable angina pectoris were selected.They were divided into two groups, each of 39 cases.Patients in the control group were given conventional therapy,and patients in the observation group were given oral administration on the basis of conventional treatment.Efficacy of treatment for 12 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,in the observation group,vascular endothelial diastolic function and NO level were better than those before treatment,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is satisfied,which can significantly improve the blood lipid levels and vascular endothelial diastolic function.关键词
