摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of acute episode of bronchial asthma.Methods:120 cases of patients with acute episode of bronchial asthma were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and dexamethasone.Patients in the observation group were given ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide.The curative effect of two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant differences of lung function indexes after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).The existence time of coughing, wheezing sound in lung and dyspnea chest discomfort in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 88.3%;the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of acute episode of bronchial asthma had significant curative effect.关键词
