Abstract
Objective:To explore the anticoagulant therapy method of cardiogenic stroke caused by atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter.Methods:We analyzed the anticoagulant therapy data of 200 patients with cardiogenic stroke caused by atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter.Results:52%of the patients received at least 1 time doses of warfarin.Compared with those who received aspirin,the bleeding conversion rate of warfarin treatment patients was low(P=0.03);16 patients were admitted to hospital within 3 months after discharge.Conclusion:Warfarin is an important drug for the prevention of atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter in patients with a high risk of stroke,and without increasing the incidence of adverse events.关键词
