不完全性肠梗阻患者168例内科临床治疗体会
Clinical experience in the medical treatment of 168 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction

Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical medical treatment methods of the patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods:168 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction were selected.All patients were divided into the routine group and the observation group.Patients in the routine group were treated with conventional medical treatment.Patients in the observation group were treated with octreotide on the basis of conventional medical treatment.We observed and analyzed the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After a period of treatment,the overall treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Octreotide on the basis of conventional medical treatment in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction can significantly improve the patients' clinical therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
