Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of urinary kallikrein in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods:72 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomly,with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment.Patients in the observation group were treated with urinary kallikrein based on the conventional treatment.The clinical curative effect of two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.4%;the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was (6.52 ± 4.35),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 4 months of follow-up,the ADL score of the observation group was (15.21 ± 6.85),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Urinary kallikrein in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction had significant clinical curative effect, which could improve the patient's quality of life.关键词
