Clinical analysis of metoprolol sustained release tablets in the treatment of myocardial infarction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of metoprolol sustained release tablets in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into two groups randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment.Patients in the observation group were given metoprolol sustained release tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect of two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%;the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CK-MB,the time of ST segment decreased>0.05 mV,the relief time of chest pain in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Metoprolol sustained release tablets in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction had remarkable clinical curative effect and improved the patient's heart function.关键词
