Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide or indapamide combination in young and middle-aged patients with mild or moderate hypertension.Methods:72 young and middle-aged patients with hypertension were divided into 3 groups with 24 cases in each with randomized,single blind,parallel control method.The valsartan group:valsartan 80~160 mg,1 time one day.The valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide combination group:valsartan 80 mg plus hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg,1 time one day.The valsartan and indapamide combination group:valsartan 80 mg and indapamide 1.25 mg,1 time one day.The treatment was 8 weeks.The blood pressure changes,medication safety,and compliance were observed before and after treatment.Results:The antihypertensive total effective rate and blood pressure changes of valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide or indapamide combination group were significantly better than those of the single valsartan group(P<0.01).There were no obvious adverse reactions in 3 groups.The medication compliance of the compound preparations group was better than that of the single drug combination group,and the difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan,valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide or indapamide combination can effectively reduce young and middle-aged hypertension.The antihypertensive effect of valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide or indapamide combination group is significantly better than that of the single valsartan group,and the safety of each group is better.The medication compliance of the compound preparations group is better.关键词
